Carrying With Love: Our Favorite Baby Carriers and Why We Love Them

Baby wearing has been a life-saver so many times. It has become even more convenient now that I have 2 kids. It allows me to get things done around the house while keeping the baby content. My family also loves the outdoors, so we go on many hikes and walks where we use our carriers. A carrier can be helpful even when going to the store.

We’ve tried a few carriers and love different things about each one. It’s not a “one size fits all” thing. Here are the baby carriers we love and use regularly.

Solly Baby Wrap

Osprey Poco LT Child Carrier

Why I Love It: Great for hiking and adventures

Find it here.

Baby Tula Explore Baby Carrier (Mesh)

This is the newest carrier that I got. I was hoping to find one with thinner straps but still good support. The Baby Tula Explore was exactly what I was looking for! It has now become the carrier I grab for, especially with my baby getting bigger and no longer fitting as well in the Ergo Baby Embrace.

Why I Love It: Thin but supportive straps and versatile

Best Features: Mesh fabric that is perfect for summer; has a pocket on bottom panel; can fit toddler up to 44lbs

Ideal For: Summer and when you need to use a carrier with good support

Things to Consider: The shoulder straps do not cross in the back, which can make it slightly harder to put on; may be a little colder in winter due to mesh fabric
