Your kids get to listen to their favorite songs and stories without having screen time. You can use it for many things in your kids’ daily routine- independent play, bedtime, quite time, etc. We use it a lot for independent play. My daughter loves to dance to the music and has even started listening to some of the stories. he’s not quite 2 yet and has already started to memorize some of the words from an Encanto song.
What is the Tonies Box?
that provides screen-free listening. All of the characters are preloaded with audio that plays when you put it on top of the Tonies Box. The box and characters are all very durable; I know that from personal experience with my toddler.
Our Tonie Characters

A few of my toddler’s favorite Tonies. They all start with a few songs from the movie and then go into a story or two. These ones she will usually listen to all the way through.
Brave- Merida (Left)
The Little Mermaid- Ariel
Moana- Moana
Encanto- Mirabel
Frozen- Elsa (Right)
Coco (left) is another one of my toddler’s favorites. These are other Disney Tonies that are set up the same way as the princesses. They start with a few songs from the movie and then go into a story. The readers are always expressive to keep your toddler’s interest.

These are some other toddler-friendly Tonies that we have. My toddler doesn’t reach for these ones as much anymore, but they have some good learning songs on them! I have though about starting to rotate out which ones she can use so that she gains more interest in these ones again.

The dog has your classic nursery rhymes on it (left). The middle one is Daniel Tiger and he tells some stories. The other one is JJ from CoCoMelon and he sings songs that are great for toddlers. *Picture to the left

Creative Tonies
Creative Tonies allow you to upload your own audio. Our green one has the Bluey soundtrack and the pink one has a bunch of Ms. Rachel songs. Tonies aren’t available with those audios, so we made our own! You can also put a recording on it, so a great idea is to record yourself or a loved one reading a story for your child to listen to.

New Tonies Characters We’ve Gotten
Moana 2- Simea: This is a new Tonie that I got the day it was released. It is currently in my toddler’s Easter basket, so we have not actually tried it out yet. She is a fan of the movie, so I am sure it will not disappoint. This Tonie features the original voices from the movie!
Frozen 2- Ana: This one is a new favorite since we have watched Frozen 2 a lot recently. The songs and story are great!
Why we Recommend it
The Tonies Box has provided my daughter with hours of screen-free listening daily. There are so many Tonie characters to choose from, and they release new ones pretty regularly. If you have a toddler or a school-aged child, there are Tonies for all ages. It has even helped create more bonding moments between my daughter and me. We are constantly dancing and laughing at the Disney songs.
